The 'Auto Twin Angle with Tail Breaker' features a bar handling mechanism used to collect TMT Bars and profiles like rounds / squares / hexagon  upto 50 mm dia. It is a complete PLC controlled mechanism starting from shearing operation till the collection, breaking and dropping of the bars onto the cooling bed.

Our mechanism is the only one which can handle the bars leaving the quenching boxes as well as hot bars without quenching in two strands which are collected one by one alternatively in the angle and discharged to the cooling bed automatically. Unlike other systems ours being open type there is no chance of material blockage or entangling in the system. Inbuilt tail-breaker makes our system most suitable for high speed mill.

How It Works:

The 'Auto Twin Angle with Tail Breaker' is an all-mechatronic device that collects TMT rebars at a speed upto 50 m/s, gives the appropriate length to be sheared and shifts the bars on the cooling bed.
